About the Owner - Michelle Rosinski
In November 2023, I was laid off and found myself without a job for the first time since college. It was a truly humbling experience, but also a gift. For years, I had worked in corporate marketing, but now I had the rare opportunity to pause, reflect, and figure out what really mattered to me. During that time, I started doing marketing for my husband’s small business. What began as a way to fill my days soon became so much more.
Within three months, I helped his business reach the #1.9 spot on Google for a popular keyword phrase and increase quote requests by 30%. Watching the impact of my work on a business so close to my heart felt incredibly rewarding. It was more than just marketing—it was helping real people I knew grow something they’d poured their lives into. That’s when I realized I wanted to do more of this: supporting small businesses and helping them thrive. And from that moment, Lotus Grove Marketing was born.
Why Lotus Grove?
I chose the name Lotus Grove because it perfectly captures the journey and mission behind this business. The lotus has always resonated with me for its symbolism. It’s a flower of strength and resilience, blooming in beauty despite growing from muddy waters. To me, that represents the perseverance and potential in all of us—especially small businesses. No matter the obstacles or challenges, we all have the power to rise and bloom.
And the grove? That’s about community. Just like trees in a grove rely on each other, share resources, and grow stronger together, I believe in the power of working together and supporting one another.
